September 16, 2015 – On this sunny afternoon, all boys and girls from the XianMian building gathered in the Annex auditorium of Shanghai High School to elect the new ASB members. Before the election, the Director of Senior High School, Ms Liu, issued a certificate to honor members of ASB. The candidates, who all displayed posters during the previous week, stood on stage to give final presentations. Each candidate spoke for two minutes, in both Chinese and English. Plans for schools parties were proposed, guarantees for more fun were provided, and offers to listen and help were made. At the end, everyone present - students as well as teachers - cast their final votes before heading home.
