9am, March 9^th, “Shanghai High School Off-Campus Expert Hiring Ceremony and Early-Stage [Top-Notch Innovative] Talent Training “Chain” Development Seminar” was held at Shanghai High School in the Media Center. Principal Feng Zhigang welcomed the guests with an opening speech, and together with Secretary, Mr. Wang Hui, presented contracts to the off-campus expert representatives. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Zhu Zhen, Director of Student Affairs Office.

At this meeting, Shanghai High School not only formally invited 100 teachers of a wide range of disciplines from universities and institutes to be external specialists, but also conducted a discussion of "[Top-Notch Innovative] Talent Training “Chain” Development".
