Organizational Structure
Shanghai High School consists of two divisions under three levels of management. The principal is responsible for the guidance of the school development and the control of the education quality for both the local division and international division, promoting the harmonious and sustainable development of the school, cooperated with the functional departments.
The school executive organ has installed School Affairs Office, Academic Education Office, Moral Education Office, Student Affairs Office and General Affairs Office in the local division. The International Division has been divided into different grade-sections, under the management of the Administration Office. Functional departments such as the Curriculum Coordinate Office, Teaching Coordinate Office, School Life Coordinate Office and Human Resource Coordinate Office have been set up to be in charge of corresponding affairs. Shanghai High School institutes the System of Principal Responsibility. The Party Group in Shanghai High School builds the system for its Party Committee, which protects its political faith.
