On March 16, SHS launched its 2014 leadership training activity. For this, SHS invited the Jide Psychological Research Center to provide assistance, they have arranged a multitude of leadership training classes for students. SHS Depute Party Secretary Xue Jianping, Director of Moral Education Zhang Zehong, and other school leaders attended the event.

Nearly fifty students completed three major leadership training tasks in the span of one day. Students, working alongside one another, solved a series of crises. During the activity, SHS students reviewed the lessons of their failures, and, concluding a successful experience, deepened their understanding of the importance of holistic planning and mutual cooperation.
