The 11thShanghai Education Exhibition, hosted by Shanghai Education and Public Health Committee and Shanghai Education Committee, was unveiled on April 11th, 2014 at Shanghai Exhibition Center. The EXPO has nine sections, including Sections for Municipal Government, Sections for Districts’ Education Committees, Sections for Expatriates’ Children, Sections for Colleges, and the like. The Exhibition is targeted at students ranging from primary schools to colleges, educators, citizens, expatriates, and educators from other provinces.
SHSID booth is located in the section for Expatriates’ Children, Booth D3 in Eastern Hall No. 1. The exquisitely decorated booth aims to present people with a whole picture of SHSID, which attracted a large number of audience to stop by and ask for more information on the first day. SHSID booth tries to introduce the school from five perspectives, a brief introduction of the school, facilities and services, curriculum and academic achievements, student life and college matriculation. They were showed via posters, photos, a 4-in-1 massive screen, and the touch screen. In addition, a live show was also on --- orchestra performance, Rubik’s show, DIY cake to raise fund for poor kids and volunteers’ participation. Audience all enjoyed their time at SHSID Booth.
Mr. Feng Zhigang, Head of School, and Mr. Ma Feng, Assistant Head of School and High school Principal came to the booth and received leaders from Shanghai Education Committee, and also accepted the interview from ICS.
