On May 29th, SHSID Wind Ensemble performed “Doraemon” for the opening at 5th-6th grade’s Talent Show. Somethingmore exceptional that occurred was that we were greeted with a very special guest.

“Wow, where is this? There areplenty of trees around and fields that are filled with grass!”

“This is SHSID, the place writtenon the invitation card!”

“Hello SHSIDers! I am Doraemon. Iused the Time Machine to come and cheer for the Wind Ensemble!”

When the performance started, the audience immediately responded by questioning and exclaiming, “Why is Doraemon here?!”

Doraemon took out the baton hehas stole from the four-dimension pocket, and shouted, “I will be conductingthe Wind Ensemble today, please pay attention on me!”

Suddenly, Wind Ensemble’s “true”conductor, Mr. Li hurrily ran on the stage in order to get his baton back. After a small battle or two, Mr. Li revealed his final weapon – the Dorayaki! The familiar melody of “Doraemon” filled the whole auditorium with joy.

Doraemon’strue identity:

Hello everyone, I am Sandy from 10th grade, and this is my fourth year in the Wind Ensemble. I am currently thepercussion section leader in the ensemble, and also a member of Juvenile percussion ensemble’s A group. Since the piece “Doraemon” does not require the powerful timpani, I became the special guest of the performance – Doraemon!(Translateby Dora Check by Joyce)
