The second meeting of the Ninth Faculty Representative Assembly was held on Monday, November 7^th. Mr. Wang Hui, Vice Principal and General Secretary of the CPC of SHS presided at the meeting. The meeting agenda addressed the following issues: Faculty Salary Adjustment Scale, Major Disease Subsidy Policy, and the Basic Requirements for Major Disease Subsidy. The decisions made at the meeting not only brought additional benefits to teachers and staff, but was also a good demonstration of the democratic management of our school. Some visiting principals and general secretaries from Erdos, Inner Mongolia also attended the meeting, witnessing the democratic and scientific approach of our school’s internal management.
