The IB/ AP Exams’ Results of the Class of 2018 were released and SHSID students did a great job in these tests. The passing rate of IBDP is 100%, and among our IB students, 45.5% gained the IB Bilingual Diploma. In addition, 79% students scored 40 and above (out of 45) and the world average score is 30.07. 2018 happened to be the IB Five-year Review time for SHSID. During the Review Visit, IB Educators recognized SHSID IBDP students’ active study attitudes, well-rounded independent thinking skills, and outstanding bilingual communication skills. SHSID has been dedicated to encouraging students’ personal growth and developing their scientific literacy. The Class of 2018 IBDP students fully exhibited their excellent research spirits and problem-solving skills in Theory of Knowledge (TOK) and Extended Essay (EE). These skills will lay a solid foundation for their future college life.
